Good quality, minor shipping issue
I bought a personalized baby bottle and a luxury baby headband. The bottle arrived in about five days, which was fine, but the headband took a couple more days. Both items were really pretty and felt well-made. The customization on the bottle was perfect. I contacted customer service about the headband, and they responded pretty fast, explaining it shipped separately. It was a good experience overall, just a slight delay on one item.
